Eagles Field Day - August 25, 2009

 

Till Paint Company arranged for a group of school and recreation department groundskeepers to be given a grand tour of Lincoln Financial Field by Tony Leonard, who is in charge of field maintenance. Tony gave the visitors a unique insight on preparing for game day, and how they deal with those Saturday-Sunday Temple and Eagles games. His in-depth presentation of their seeding and in-season re-sodding really captured the crowd’s attention. We invite each of you to pay special attention to the outstanding look of the field on the next home game, so you can truly appreciate the skills and professionalism of Mr. Leonard and his crew.
